Two days ago, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas issued a “stay order” on its injunction on Corporate Transparency Act (CTA) filings. As a result, BOI reporting requirements are (once again) required! The filing deadlines are:

  • for most reporting companies, the new deadline to file an initial, updated, and/or corrected BOI report is now March 21, 2025.
  • for reporting companies formed or registered on or after February 18, 2025, the BOI report must be filed within 30 days from the date of creation or registration.
