Samuel J. H. Weyers

Sam Weyers provides a wide range of legal services to businesses, business owners, and individuals. For businesses, he provides practical guidance, from legal and business-level perspectives, concerning the negotiation and formation of contracts and other business documents. Sam provides straight-forward explanations of the provisions in wills and trusts to estate planning and estate and trust litigation clients. When disputes cannot be resolved outside of the courtroom, Sam uses his understanding of the Illinois and Federal Codes of Civil Procedure to advocate for clients efficiently and effectively in Illinois State and Federal Courts.

Sam also assists individuals with administering uncontested estates and trusts.

Outside of the office Sam is actively involved at his church and enjoys cooking.
