Elizabeth C. Cronin
Elizabeth C. Cronin concentrates her practice in estate planning, estate and trust administration, and business law. She partners with individuals and families to develop customized estate plans that reflect their personal priorities, family circumstances, and long-term objectives. Her practice includes preparing wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related planning documents, as well as guiding clients through estate and trust administration with practical, compassionate support during periods of transition.
In addition to her estate planning and administration practice, Elizabeth advises clients on a variety of business law matters and brings prior experience counseling corporate and nonprofit organizations on regulatory and operational issues. Elizabeth is admitted to practice in the State of Illinois, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and the U.S. District Court of the Northern District of Illinois.
