Jeffrey E. Hymen
Jeffrey E. Hymen concentrates his practice in business and corporate law. With his background in business and finance, Jeffrey advises businesses on a variety of corporate matters, including incorporation, governance, entity structuring and organization, disputes, mergers and acquisitions as well as the drafting and review of ownership and employment agreements.
Further, Jeffrey helps facilitate the purchase and sale of commercial real estate by negotiating purchase agreements and financing terms and assisting with due diligence. He prepares real estate contracts and leases, including loan and security agreements, and other closing documents. Additionally, Jeffrey has experience with both business succession planning as well as developing estate plans for individuals with a focus on asset protection and reducing estate tax liability resulting in ease of administration.
