Martha McHugh is a Partner with Buckley Fine, LLC. She concentrates her practice in estate planning, estate and trust administration, estate and gift taxation, guardianships and contested estates. Martha has been involved in estate planning for high net worth individuals and families, the administration of complex estates, resolving IRS disputes regarding estate tax returns, and business planning and representation involving the formation and operations of corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies.
