Warren R. Fuller
Mr. Fuller has practiced in a wide range of areas in his legal career. From 1967-1984 he concentrated in Federal criminal and civil defense in areas involving income tax, estate tax and anti-trust litigation. From 1984 to the present, he has represented a number of highway and heavy construction trades including road building, asphalt production/paving, aggregate mineral extraction/processing, land development, financing and entitlements. He regularly represents clients in a wide variety of commercial, industrial and residential development, and governmental approvals, as well as civil litigation.
