Providing the highest level of service remains our top priority, and we are excited to announce the addition of new team members that share this same commitment to clients and the community.
We are excited to welcome attorneys William Ensing and Nancy Tassi to our Buckley Fine team. Bill concentrates his practice in comprehensive business, estate and asset protection plans. He previously worked for the Northern Trust Company where he was responsible for the Family Business Division of the Trust and Financial Services Department, monitoring closely held companies and tax driven partnerships. After moving to private practice, he began forming offshore captive insurance companies in the Cayman Islands and Bermuda for physicians and health care professionals. Bill has built a career on providing clients with asset protection at the highest level.
Nancy Tassi brings her experience in negotiating a wide range of business sales and complex commercial transactions, mergers & acquisitions, employment law, compliance and corporate projects with experience in the energy, telecommunications, technology, and eDiscovery industries.
Jill Bogaerts has been promoted to Chief Executive Officer and will continue to lead Buckley Fine with integrity, dedication and the passion to expand the firm’s vision and future growth. She has lived in Barrington for over 20 years.
The firm is also excited to welcome Michelle Wrzeszcz as Chief Operating Officer. Michelle comes to Buckley Fine with an exemplary 30-year track record of management. She spent her career working in the private club industry and was the General Manager of Barrington Hills Country Club for more than a decade. She has strong ties to the community and has been a Barrington resident for 15 years.
