Project Description

Natasha A. Adler

Natasha concentrates her practices on business transactional law with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, commercial real estate, and succession planning. For over 10 years, Natasha has advised her clients on simplex and complex business issues in both Illinois and Florida.

Natasha values a team approach and understands the need to work with all of the members on a business owner’s team, including their accountants and other advisors, to ensure that the best possible solution for the business is found. Having been raised in a family of business owners, Natasha understands the unique situations faced by businesses and offers assistance in finding creative solutions.

Born and raised in the Midwest, Natasha enjoys experiencing all of the natural wonders that Illinois and the surrounding states have to offer including hiking, fishing, and camping with her significant other and their two rescued German shepherds.
