Samuel J. H. Weyers
Sam Weyers provides a wide range of legal services to businesses, business owners, and individuals. He provides practical guidance, from both legal and business-level perspectives, concerning the negotiation and formation of contracts; the interpretation of shareholder agreements, operating agreements, and other business documents; and the legal effect of provisions in wills and trusts. Sam also represents people who have been injured as the result of negligent conduct. When disputes cannot be resolved outside of the courtroom, Sam uses his understanding of the Illinois and Federal Codes of Civil Procedure to efficiently and effectively advocate for clients in both state and federal court.
